How can I donate to my local community?

Well-meaning community members are being urged not to donate unwanted goods to NSW communities affected by recent storms and floods. If you want to donate goods or financial support, you can do so via GIVIT, Red Cross Australia or Vinnies.

GIVIT is maintaining a list of exactly what’s needed right now. The list changes as requests are filled, and new needs are identified by support organisations providing aid and relief. 100% of publicly donated funds received by GIVIT will be used to purchase exactly what's needed by people and communities impacted by storms and flooding.
